Too Stressed? Here's How To Feel Better In Seconds

Do you love the sense of peace and tranquility in this picture as much as I do?

It sucks when you’re about as far away from it as you can get. Sadly, many of us could do with a lot less stress. But you can have that delicious sense of peace and tranquility anytime you want. And it’s one of the simplest and quickest ways to get there.

Just as it says on the card, you can use your breath.

No matter what’s going on around you, just inhale deeply through your nose, hold for a few counts at the top, and exhale slowly. Pause for a few counts before the next breath. A few of these will already see you feeling more calm and presto, you find stillness in the midst of a storm.
